Put Music On PSP games

3. Once connected, you will need to check your PC units available. You can do this
enter "My Computer". Your computer should detect your PSP and the additional unit. Not much
different from using portable hard drive or portable units in reality.

4. Click on your assigned PSP drive.

5. Create a new folder called "music" in the PSP unit

6. Select your MP3 music from your PC and drag in "music" folder on your PSP. Note that all
this is done in the PC interface.

7. When all the desired MP3 are transferred, exit the USB connection by pressing "O" in the
PSP.

8. Find the area of music on your PSP, and select the memory card. Find your "music" folder and
you are good to go.

If you have other types of music format on your PC, ie WMV or WMA, you will need a converter to convert files in MP3 format. Do not worry, however, as Sony PSP will also provide users with their own image converter. You can easily convert WMV WMA and MP3 files and just repeat the process on how to put music on PSP.

On the other hand, if you want to play WMV and WMA files without converting your files to MP3, you can always upgrade the firmware of the PSP to the latest firmware. However, I would not recommend this (upgrading the firmware of the PSP), as will severely limit your PSP experience. Some of the effects of updating the firmware of the PSP is that certain games that have not work on your PSP with the latest firmware. There are forums dedicated to disqualification PSP like a lot of people want to return to your old firmware.
